Great question! All our displays are rentals only. We handle the delivery, professional setup, and the teardown—you don't have to lift a finger! Our standard rental period is 24 hours.
Absolutely! If you want the celebration to last longer, you can add extra days for just $30 per day. Simply select the "Additional Day" option on the booking form when you reserve your date.
We want to ensure your surprise is ready right when you need it! Most setups happen the evening before your special day so the recipient wakes up to a surprise. Some setups may occur early on the morning of your event (before 7:00 AM). We will confirm your timing upon booking.

Not necessarily! We can often install on grass or concrete/hard surfaces using special stands. Because safety is our priority, all installation locations are at the discretion of the Sunny Moments team to ensure our products stay safe and our crew stays injury-free. Not sure if your location will work? Just send us a photo or reach out before booking!
We deliver smiles, rain or shine! Our signs are made of high-quality, waterproof materials, so a little rain is no problem. In the event of extreme or hazardous weather (like high winds or severe storms), we will contact you directly to discuss rescheduling or a full refund.
Nope! You don't need to be home for the setup or the pickup. We’ll handle everything while you go about your day. We just ask that you turn off your sprinklers and keep any pets inside during the setup time!
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund (minus any non-refundable deposit fees). Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will receive a credit toward a future booking.
We love creativity! If you have a specific theme or color preference, please let us know in the "Notes" section of your booking form. We will do our very best to match your vision with our current inventory!
